Cast stone products use a combination of materials which are used in two different production methods; Dry Cast and Wet Cast.
Dry cast is produced with a Semi-dry material using multiple units taken from a single mould during the course of one day, creating larger production runs and ultimately resulting in a more competitive costs per units.
Wet cast is produced when the materials are wet, only single units can produced each day from a single mould. This impacts on the number of units produced as runs lower and at a higher costs. The benefit of this process where the material is wet, units are much more dense than Dry Cast and strength is doubled, cutting down dramitically on transport/ handling damage.
